New Hot Guy Lists

I'm at work again this week so it means new pictures. We're going with country singers this week, and we've broken them down into four (kind of 5) categories. There are too many to put pictures up for all of them, but feel free to google image them. Beware some you would look up at your own risk. We'll start at the bottom and work our way up in good looking-ness.

Moonwalker

My sister and I used to ask our parents to rent this movie for us over and over when we were kids. I'm really going to miss Micheal Jackson music videos. We never could figure out why everyone was crying and passing out, but I suspect there's still quite a bit of it happening over his passing. Remember to "make that change." And thank you for his hour long megamix that keeps me awake on long drives.

What was with the tape on the fingers?

Flat Iron Sale?

My flat iron was broken on the flight home from Mexico, so I've been using this old 2" curling iron. Remember trying to straighten your hair with a curling iron, every morning in high school? Anyway, I want a good one like a Chi or something, but the have exponenially increased in price since I last bought mine. Let me know if anyone can get a good deal or hears of a sale going on. $120-150 just makes me a little queasy.

My Babies

Mela got shaved for the summer and she looks so cute. It makes you realize how skinny she is. And her ears look floppier and more hound-like compared to her skinny neck.

Sampson got a new halter and saddle pad. I think he looks very handsome. But that's not very hard; he's a good looking horse. And he got shoes on yesterday, but you can't tell. (the picture is kind of dark, but he's a black horse. Also, he's kind of sticking his tongue out if you look close)

And how can you not put Dylan in there. If you leave his boots where he can reach them, that's all you'll get to put on him. But it's a pretty cute look.

Car Games

Wes thinks I'm a dork, but I get really excited about when the odometer hits certain numbers. Like the other day he was driving and I kept checking as it got closer to 117777. That's kind of fun number, right? He finds no thrill in it. Also, when I'm filling up the tank, I like to guess how many gallons it will be based on the gas guage. So when he was filling up; I got excited about 13.974 and it didn't roll over to 14. I told him that I won the contest. Usually I'm alone when I fill up so there's no one to tell when I win. He just told me I was a dork. The gas game is fun though, you should try it if you don't already play.

The Vacations of June

This is going to be a long post involving lots of pictures. It's a travel log of what I've been doing the last two weeks. At least it's not during testimony meeting.

I know I posted while in Cozumel, because I had internet access and desperately needed to know how my baby was on a daily basis. But here's some pictures. And yes, my hair is naturally poofy.Swingin' with the girls on some beach, somewhere.
Wes has a Sprite bottle in his hand.
We rode scooters all around the island.
Me and my big sis Missy. We could totally be sisters right? Just look at us. And we both love to work out. I wouldn't have make it out running without her.
We're on the beach at night. And just for the record we're not "allowed".Melissa about plowed this guy over. But we had tons of fun at the ziplines. Thank you Barlows for the recommendation, we're sorry that we didn't see you there. Also at the ziplines they had one into a waterhole. Of course I looked like an idiot when I tried to do a backflip off of it.
Some "native" Mayans.
If anyone doesn't know my maiden name is Woody. So this picture is a must. I usually try to get free food out of it, but I didn't this time.We were pushed on boogie boards, and rode dolphins. I don't have a scanner for the really good pictures.
But just look at us walking out there. We know it's going to be fun.
OJ was the most sick while we were there. But for about 20 minutes he must have been feeling pretty good, because he leaped a bush to climb the tree.
In a Battle of the Sexes type game at the resort, I discovered that OJ's beard is way scratchier than Wes'.
This means we were having lots of fun.And these are as good as Mayan ruins come on the wonderful island of Cozumel. We were trying to make them interesting.

Onto my short and not so fruitful trip to Lake Powell last week. It was rainy and cold all but one day. We took advantage of what we could, but man it was cold.I took Dylan out on a really slow tube ride so he could start to have good experiences being pulled behind the boat. The good news is he wasn't the least bit upset. The bad news is he fell asleep.
I discovered it's really hard to take decent pictures while holding Dylan in a bouncing boat.
Evan is demonstrating just how cold it was. Except for the last day we were lucky if it hit room temp.
I think every week my dad takes Dylan to sit in the boat and pretend to drive it. The scary thing is he really know how to drive it. He pushed down the throttle and moved the steering wheel, but we were really going. It scared me and Evan out of our pants while my dad laughed.
This is the one day Dylan played in the sand. Right after this he fell face first in the cold water; it wasn't his favorite thing. And the next day he got a sticker in his foot, and from then on he wouldn't touch the sand with any exposed body part.Evan took this picture to show Wes that I wasn't using my new wakeboard. It was cold and I had to psych myself up to get in. Even if I did have a new wakeboard and the water was smooth.I did use my wakeboard. It's crazy stable when you land. I kept trying to compensate for wiggle that wasn't there. And I boarded until I crashed so bad I hurt myself. While it was really easy to get grabs, I was still afraid to go fast enough to jump the whole wake. I'll do it next time.
I still love to slalom. It's relaxing and challenging at the same time.
We practiced knee boarding on the back of the houseboat. I will, or Wes will, take Dylan out next time when the water's warmer. I really didn't want to put him all the way in the cold water. But it's something I started to do with my dad when I was about his age. He can do it too.
I stole this hat from Jacob before he left on his mission. It fits my microcephlia sized head and covers my gross hair. So what if it's camo, it's come in handy when it's time to paintball.

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Happy birthday,Mom. Thanks for taking on the full time job of watching Dylan this week, when you should be getting a break from school and anytype of work. I really appreciate all you do. Pretend that I´m giving you a hug right now. I love you. Thanks for being 30 years older than me so that your age is easy to remember and so that in a couple of years we can have a couple of really bad birthdays together.
