So I started thinking about donating my hair to Locks of Love back in September. And I've had 2 friends do it since which really inspired me. Inspired might be overstating it. I was sick of my hair and considering hacking it off myself if I didn't cut it soon. So here's the before picture.
This is what I cut off.
And this is what I look like now.
I'll admit, I'm a little rusty on fixing short hair. It will take some getting used to, and I'm not feeling so feminine right now. My androgynous body with short hair makes it hard for ME to believe I'm a girl, chipped nail polish aside. I don't regret for a second that I cut it off. And the beauty of hair...it grows back.

V. cute and fun. Will be great for spring and summer! Am also finally thinking of doing something drastic with the hair...we'll see if I get the guts.
The great thing about you is that you can pull off any haircut flawlessly! So cute! BTW, did you donate your hair?
Seriously...you are SO brave!!! I donated a few years ago and actually went to Sam's (i think) they cut my hair for free because I donated it and had the paperwork and everything there for me to sign. It made it super easy and really made me feel happy!

You are very brave. I could never do something that drastic. I do have to say that I am happy to have the longest hair again. It was a very weird change for me when I was the one with the shortest hair of the two of us.
Some sweet little girl will have hair now because of you! I thought it looked good when you had let it air dry from swimming...this pic is even better.
